2. Once the client’s requirements have been satisfied the next step is to prepare a detailed project plan.
3. The third step is the review and acceptance of the project plan and the commencement of the implementation process.
4. Once the implementation process is underway next steps include intermediate reviews of project status on every milestone. Depending upon requirements this may involve approval of user demos.
5. The last step is the demonstration of the whole project and final acceptance testing.
